How does the Electronic Prescription Service work?

Your GP sends your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy. You do not need to collect a paper prescription. Just visit us when your medication is ready, or we can deliver it to you.

Can you deliver my prescriptions?

Yes. We offer free local delivery across Stoke-on-Trent and nearby areas including Hanley, Fenton, Stoke, Longton, and Burslem. Speak to our team to arrange regular deliveries.

How do I order repeat prescriptions?

You can order repeats through your GP surgery, through the NHS App, or by dropping your repeat slip into our pharmacy. We will have your medication ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay for NHS prescriptions?

Many people qualify for free NHS prescriptions, including those over 60, under 16, on certain benefits, or with specific medical conditions. If you are unsure, ask our team and we will check for you.

Can you dispense private prescriptions?

Yes. We dispense both NHS and private prescriptions. If you have a private prescription from a consultant or online doctor, bring it to us and we will fill it for you.
